Judd and Pollock are often inconsistent as to what was included. Dr Judd, for example, excluded privately struck large cent restrikes in copper but listed them in off-metals but then J46A/P6220 was included in the seventh edition.
Many of these are among the most famous rarities in the entire United States series.
