This is the same design as used in 1879 on J1626-J1630/P1822-P1827.

Examples were struck as follows:
Silver or Goloid J1651/P1851 with about a dozen known. It would be interesting to test these to see if any are actually Goloid.
Copper J1652/P1852 with over a dozen known with the 2 most visually impressive being ex Col Green, Newman-Heritage 4/13 NGC67 and the Stacks 5/92, Goldberg 5/03 as NGC66RED, Simpson-Heritage 1/21 PCGS66RED examples. There are also at least 3 more that grade 66RB.
Aluminum J1653/P1853 with the following 5 known including the one illustrated below.
