Charles E. Barber's famous 1891 Liberty half dollar pattern but with 5 pointed stars and smaller date as used on the the quarter design J1761/P1975. The reverse is similar to the one used on J1766/P1980 but with larger eagle, stars and clouds. Only 2 are known both of which are in the Smithsonian.
