This is one of seven patterns produced in 1909. This used to be J1781 in earlier editions.

This one appears to be based on the 1896 design used on J1770-J1772/P1986-P1989 but with differences in star arrangement and the move of motto "E Pluribus Unum" to the reverse.

It is unique with the only example known in the Smithsonian.
