This regular dies trial piece is believed to have been deliberately struck for sale to collectors.
Judd lists these has being struck in both nickel J534 and silver-nickel J535 but we believe that only the former exists. About a half dozen are believed to exist.
We would like the above example, which was encapsulated as a silver-nickel example of J535, analyzed to see if it actually has any silver in it.
