This pattern combines the Liberty head obverse without star on coronet with the regular without rays reverse first used in 1866 as on J507/P591. For more on the reverse die click here. Because of this, it is very likely that this piece is a Mint product and not one of the 5 cent pieces struck outside the Mint from dies believed to have been in the possession of Joseph J. Mickley. Only the single illustrated example is known and somehow it got circulated.
It is ex Rau-Heritage 4/18 - PCGSXF45
